Flexonal RA Wax Release Agent Wax

Flexonal® RA Wax is a Wax-based Release Agent and is often used for the production of moulded parts.

Application:

Our Flexonal® RA Wax Release Agent is supplied ready for use. Before the first application, the used surface should be thoroughly cleaned from dirt and release agent residues. Afterwards, Flexonal® RA Wax is applied thinly. The Release Agent must be well dried before starting further work.

The Release Agent is available in the following quantities:

Flexonal® RA Wax is a liquid Release Agent and suitable for smooth or polished surfaces. Our Flexonal® RA Wax Release Agent is a suitable auxiliary Material for the processing of Polyurethanes. It improves the surface Quality and reduces the risk of defects due to adhesion. Our Flexonal® RA Wax Release Agent has been specially developed for the processing of Polyurethane Foams, such as Flexonal® PU 2688, but our other Flexonal® Polyurethane or Polyester Resin Systems are also highly suitable. Flexonal® RA Wax ensures quick and easy removal of parts from any mould. Wax release agents are always used where components are subsequently painted or where silicone is undesirable in production.
