Flexonal® EP R24H is a two-component Epoxy Resin which cures at room temperature to a hard, compact Duromer with a density of 1050 kg/m³. The Pot-life after mixing is about 24-78 hours at room temperature. The resulting Casting Resin is characterised by its high hardness as well as a crystal-clear appearance.

We recommend layer thicknesses of up to 5 cm, as epoxy resins tend to turn yellow with increasing reaction energy due to the resulting temperature. If the system is to be colored, this does not matter and thicker layers can also be realized.

The pot life refers to 100g in the cup at standard climate (23°C) and can be faster with more material and considerably longer with very thin layers.
